The Literacy Coalition of Oswego County, (LCOC), is a network of agencies, institutions, businesses, and volunteers with the mission to promote literacy and advocate for literacy services in Oswego County.
We are extremely grateful to Fulton Savings Bank for funding the design and production of this site and for their ongoing support.
We know that to strengthen literacy, a collaborative effort is needed to develop, implement, and assess effective literacy solutions, so that individuals in our community will thrive. We bring together individuals, government agencies, non-profit organizations, businesses, local government, and education programs to harness the strength of our community and enable LCOC to improve our quality of life.
